I was excited for my appointment today at 9am, but then a text came in going to be 15 minutes late then Bill and Erika finally made to my house I open the door to greet them of course it's COVID I don't know these sales people so I asked them where your mask and why don't you have it on? Bill reply was were done here so unprofessional and they left...
I would have to rate this company at the lowest rating due to poor customer service. I was honest with the owner sharing I only needed to upgrade one window and because I didn't have a job worth his while, where the communication started because of the inquiry from the free online consultation, Pate said he was too busy and no more of my questions were answered. Due to his busy schedule, I was even willing to measure the window myself and to submit my order online if that was an option. This question/suggestion was also not answered. Disappointed to say the least. First impressions are lasting and set the tone for future business. In this case, no longer interested in their business since I have to spend a ton of money to get a call back.

Michelle rowe called the day before my appointment for a reminder. She was on time. We picked out the shades I wanted in five minutes perfect match to my big clock. She took measurements and we talked She was very polite asked if I had more questions. She said they would be in
10 weeks They came in early the guys who were out to hang them were very friendly. They did a good job very trustworthy. They look great.
We just had Budget Blinds of West Green Bay install blinds in two of our bedrooms. Very pleased with product and the great service we received.
Sales came to my residence. Appointment was rushed and not centered on client understanding.
There was no follow up from sales agent after appointment. Sent message to get information on another product for my windows. Another agent sent an email RE product and again never bothered to call to introduce new sales person and follow up on my questions and ideas.
This company is evidently too busy to work with new clientele and too busy for follow through. I will need to find another vendor to meet my residence needs.
I would not recommend this company simply by the fact that they do not offer personalized contact and follow through with quotes and adjustments to quotes. They rush their appts and then no contact after that.
The blinds are great and they fit perfectly
BUT one of the blinds came with the wrong size pole to open them. I have been calling the company for 4 months now and they have not sent me the correct size
Now I cant open and close the blinds!
Each time I call I am told that someone will call you back But it has never happened I call every week now
I cleaned my vertical blinds for the first time and the ends of the valance fell on the floor. I called budget blinds and they snapped them back on for me but they are crokked and cheap looking, especially the plastic snap on corners. The vertical slats are fine but the valance looks trashy at the ends. I cleaned the valance today and the ends fell off onto the floor. I put them back on and it looks sooo trashy. An improvement needs to be made to the quality of the valaqqnce.
I had Budget Blinds come in and do 6 windows in our house. Wish I was here when they where installing them but they are nice blinds the pull up and down ones. Just disappointed no call from them after they where done and got our money no follow up at all. Kinda upset about that. Customer service is not there thing I guess. Now I want windows in basement done so will have to find another local to come in. Trying to keep all business in Airdrie but apparently Buget Blinds just wants the money and your done. They don't care about there Customers
From first consultation to installment, David Bishop did a wonderful job!! My 83 yr old mother was concerned over lighting and privacy with a window that needed treatment. David took the time, explained options, gave his professional opinion. The process was quick and easy. The treatment arrived earlier then expected and was placed in less then 10 minutes. David is an exceptional employee! Who knew that compassion was part of window treatments...David made a difference in someone’s life! Thank you and the window treatment is absolutely beautiful!! More then what we could of imagined!

I just love the 2 1/2 " blind that Gray Owen installed in my office at home. The color fits just right.
It looks nicer than the other companies blinds. Thank you again. Very satisfied.
Getting old is for the birds! I couldn't put drapes and curtains anymore. I called Tom Hughes at Budget Blinds. Even though this COVID mess is going on, Tom came to our home, and measured for blinds. I got black out blinds in the bedrooms and landing, and room darkening on the main floor. THEY ARE PERFECT! I wish I had gotten them sooner. Easy to move up and down, and they have kept my home cooler too. Thank you Tom and son. I love my Budget Blinds.

I ordered blinds for my new condo. Due to COVID the blinds were installed later than expected. No problem. Matt (The owner) came by and installed the blinds. He did a good job. I charged the blinds as instructed so the remote/motor would work. The blinds were also supposed to come with a router so my phone/app could control them. I paid 1/2 when ordering, and the other 1/2 when they were installed. Problem is, I never received the router. Matt the owner, said it would be another week and shipped directly to my house. A week passed and nothing arrived. Two weeks passed and I texted Matt about the router. No response. Three weeks passed and I texted him again, and I was told he would check on it. Nothing. 4 weeks passed and I texted Matt. No Response. 24 hours, texted again, no response, 48 hours texted again, and Matt says the router (I’ve already paid for, and paid for complete installation) and I am told it will be shipped “tomorrow.” I asked for the tracking number and got the response “If I can {send it}.” I am very angry that I did not receive what I paid for, and the system is still not fully installed. I paid for this system for a reason and still have not received what I paid in full.

Update: Got the router, but there should be 1 for each set of blinds. So I received 1 out of 2 I ordered and ended up shelling out $179 for the other set of blinds in my bedroom that had the price of the router included. Tired of going back and forth on this, just lazy to not give people what they pay for.
